Aftercare Program

Halton Recovery House offers an aftercare program for clients who have completed our Substance/Alcohol Abuse Program. Weekly meetings and recovery tools help them cope and re-build their life once residential treatment is completed.

In recovery, there is the possibility of returning to addictive behaviors. Aftercare offers support to clients throughout their recovery, which enhances the ongoing positive changes in their life.   

Our aftercare program extends for two years commencing from the completion date of residential treatment at Halton Recovery House. The aftercare program is an integral part of Halton Recovery House, and plays a vital role in recovery.
