Fundraising Assistant

Volunteer Role
Brief Description
Purpose
|
Assists with fundraising committee events. For example:
Assisting in the development, implementation and management of annual
giving service operation.
Developing plans for donor acquisition and retention of current donors.
Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve fundraising program
performance.
Developing new fundraising opportunities to solicit and maintain
participation in activities.

Assist with the organization of fundraising events.
Telephone calls to donors and participants in events.
Supervise social events.
Records gifts and assists other members of the committee by acknowledging
with letters and receipts.

Experience as a family member of someone
with an addiction and knowledge of addiction and recovery
would be beneficial.

of abstinence from drugs and/or alcohol.
