  • Our women’s program facilitates a structured and evidence-informed program that allows you the opportunity to develop your path to recovery.

    This 39-84-day bed-based program offers:

    • Development of an individualized treatment plan that is co-developed by you and your addiction counsellor

    • Addiction Treatment Program that is offered in a group setting

    • One-with-one counselling sessions on a weekly basis

    • Relapse Prevention Planning and Tools to support and sustain your treatment and recovery goals

    • Recreational Activities that build momentum and support stability and recovery

    • Access to spiritual self-care that is defined on individual basis

    • Transitional Planning at the onset of engagement

    • Connection and access to our peer support programming

    • Access to primary care on a weekly basis or as needed

Support for families

Funded by United Way Halton Hamilton, the family program offers free and confidential counselling and psychoeducation to individuals, couples and families. 

We offer psychoeducational sessions to families uniquely impacted by addiction.

Our weekly family peer support sessions and counselling sessions work on your self-defined goals.

Support for mothers

Our Baby’s Best Beginning Program is focused on providing counselling, case management, advocacy, and psychoeducation to women who are pregnant or parenting children under the age of six years old. 

This program is an outreach model that is low-barrier and meets the individuals’ defined goals and needs.
